Join Erajaya, a leading player in Indonesia’s retail and consumer products sector, as an Assistant Manager for Retail Budget Control & Power BI Analytics. Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure budget reporting integrity, and provide technical training to operational staff. Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to visualize retail financial performance, budget variances, and KPIs for executive and operational teams.
- Oversee budget reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate and regional financial standards.
- Validate and reconcile financial data from multiple sources to guarantee data integrity and consistency across reports.
- Design and deliver training programs and coaching sessions for operational teams on budget management, financial tools, and data interpretation.
- Provide technical support to retail staff, troubleshooting issues related to budgeting systems, dashboards, and financial workflows.
- Collaborate with finance, retail operations, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and implement automation where possible.
- Monitor retail performance trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making for retail expansion and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budget control, or retail finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau) for dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in training and coaching non-finance teams on financial processes and tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
