You will be provided with a monthly list of customers to visit, equipped with our user-friendly My Vista application to streamline your tasks. Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers in Bali to verify information and facilitate collections.
- Use the My Vista application to log visits, update customer details, and track progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Collaborate with the internal team to report progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all collection activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Own transportation (motorcycle or car) and a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local communities is an advantage.
