Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring high productivity, motivation, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including merchandising and visual standards.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or customer service industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus.
