Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalations and fostering client loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines and attract customers.
- Coordinate with corporate teams on promotions, stock replenishment, and marketing initiatives.
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and leading teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software (e.g., POS, ERP).
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and store presentation best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
