Responsibility
- Oversee daily front-end operations, including cash handling, transactions, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor cash registers, reconcile daily sales, and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, security protocols, and loss prevention measures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize checkout processes and improve customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Generate reports on sales performance, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent numerical and cash handling abilities.
- Proficient in using POS systems and retail software.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
