Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with ASICS brand standards and company SOPs in all operational areas.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet targets.
- Manage promotional activities and in-store marketing to drive foot traffic and conversions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and control store expenses within budget.
- Coordinate with regional management on inventory replenishment and stock optimization.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in sports or fashion retail.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 10+ staff.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, merchandising, and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and the ASICS brand.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
