Responsibility
- Develop and execute store design concepts that align with brand identity and enhance customer engagement.
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings using CAD/Vectorworks for retail spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and resolve spatial challenges.
- Stay updated on retail design trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Present design proposals to senior management and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in CAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail or commercial design projects.
- Excellent spatial awareness and understanding of retail flow and customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
