Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project management of interior renovation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts tailored to client needs, incorporating local materials and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any design or construction issues.
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and refining concepts to achieve their vision.
- Source and select high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design aesthetics and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local design influences, and innovative techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, or project management, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design or renovation projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
