Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for healthcare products, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into seamless, intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and organization.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate on solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or complex product designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
