Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Licensure or certification as a professional architect is a plus.
