Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings (2D/3D) for architectural, structural, or engineering projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise drafts.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and electrical/mechanical layouts.
- Organize and maintain digital drawing files and project documentation for easy retrieval and version control.
- Assist in site visits to verify measurements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment between drawings and on-site conditions.
- Stay updated on emerging drafting technologies and software to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Drafter, preferably in architectural or engineering firms.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar) and strong technical drawing skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with scalable measurements and annotations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations is advantageous.
