Responsibility
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including site plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist in the coordination of project deliverables with contractors and consultants.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional drafting experience, preferably in architecture or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, including building codes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.
