Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality, innovative architectural solutions.
- Oversee the development of project concepts, schematics, and detailed designs in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge design technologies and methodologies.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and presentation of design proposals.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of sustainable design principles and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Professional registration or licensure as an architect is highly preferred.
