Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Design product packaging, labels, and promotional materials that enhance brand visibility and appeal.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance user experience and engagement across all visual touchpoints.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
