Responsibility
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models for the Trade Event Center Project.
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Research and integrate sustainable materials and technologies into design proposals.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design challenges and optimize project execution.
- Present design ideas and progress updates to stakeholders through visual aids and reports.
- Maintain organized project documentation and archives for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing academic or professional design projects, particularly in commercial or public spaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the project duration (if applicable).
