Responsibility
- Develop and execute visually stunning graphic designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visual content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Create and maintain brand style guides, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual elements to meet high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong command of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a branding or marketing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative setting.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and justify creative decisions.
- Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or photography is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for visual content and web optimization.
