Responsibility
- Prepare and process digital files for rotogravure printing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

- Apply trapping techniques to prevent misregistration and ensure print quality.
- Execute step-and-repeat layouts for cylinder preparation in rotogravure processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve prepress-related issues.
- Review and approve proofs, ensuring they match client expectations and technical requirements.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient workflow management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in prepress technologies and software.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in prepress design for rotogravure printing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (expert-level skills required).
- Strong understanding of color separation, trapping, and step-repeat for cylinder printing.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to spot errors in complex designs.
- Knowledge of printing standards, file formats, and resolution requirements.
