Responsibility
- Assist the Qualified Person (QP) or Supervising Officer (SO) Representative in on-site supervision of architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to verify adherence to quality control procedures, safety protocols, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site inspections, progress reports, and non-conformance issues, ensuring thorough documentation for audits and reviews.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to confirm alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide technical guidance to on-site personnel to address design or construction-related queries.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings, punch lists, and final project documentation for handover purposes.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all architectural works meet approval conditions and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural site supervision, preferably in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and quality assurance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and documentation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Certification or membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., IAI - Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia) is a plus.
