Responsibility
- Develop and refine Revit models and architectural drawings based on project requirements and design briefs.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately translated into buildable solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with on-site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and specifications to align with project budgets and timelines.
- Maintain organized project files, including digital and physical archives of drawings and revisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in BIM and sustainable design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building codes, and architectural standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in architectural firms or construction projects is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
