Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, tailored to client needs and brand identity.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design themes, budgets, and sustainability goals.
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and refining concepts to achieve approval.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and local regulations to maintain competitive and compliant solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, measure dimensions, and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and international design standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
