Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and functional needs for residential or commercial spaces.
- Develop customized interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations to showcase design proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Provide expert advice on furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decor to enhance aesthetic and functional appeal.
- Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching design services and upselling premium products.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or Revit.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with local suppliers, materials, and construction practices in Bali is a plus.
