Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design vision and budget.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and local regulations.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback to refine concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3Ds Max.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas clearly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
