Responsibility
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals to clients.
- Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute design plans.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and decor to align with design vision.
- Oversee budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in interior design, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
