Responsibility
- Design and develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and on-brand visual content for campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
- Work closely with product teams to design packaging and labeling that aligns with brand aesthetics and regulatory requirements.
- Create engaging visuals for digital platforms, including websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs.
- Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual identity of the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take and incorporate feedback.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
