Responsibility
- Encode and verify delivery, pull-out, and adjustment records with high accuracy.
- Analyze transactional data to identify discrepancies and reconcile inconsistencies.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for data entry errors and system-related issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of inventory and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to ensure data alignment across departments.
- Generate reports on inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliation outcomes.
- Adhere to company data management policies and confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in auditing processes by providing accurate and up-to-date data records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data encoding, retail operations, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting data entry issues and resolving discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
