Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door or in-store canvassing to identify and engage potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service roles (retail or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
