Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product presentation
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge and fashion trends
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and customer engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus
