Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to warehouse operations.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
