Responsibility
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Support marketing initiatives, such as promotions and in-store events.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business/administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail administration, store operations, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and join immediately is highly preferred.
