Responsibility

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as promotions and in-store events.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business/administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail administration, store operations, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and join immediately is highly preferred.
