Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and operational supplies to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and report inventory status to management.
- Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation with accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to forecast demand and adjust stock orders accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies in all inventory handling.
- Assist in implementing inventory management systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stockkeeping, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock items (up to 20 kg).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving inventory issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are advantageous.
