Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor sea freight shipments from origin to destination
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams
- Resolve any operational issues or delays in the shipping process
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations
- Assist in optimizing shipping routes and cost-efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight logistics or related field
- Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and procedures
- Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
