Responsibility
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements for SPX Express logistics processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance delivery speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to streamline end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
- Design and execute process optimization initiatives, such as route planning, load balancing, and automation.
- Work closely with regional teams to align local operations with Shopeeâs global logistics standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting operational challenges and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Shopeeâs logistics operations competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) to derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
