Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in the mezzanine warehouse area, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and organize storage systems for maximum efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet supply chain and retail demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
