Responsibility
- Accurately apply stickers and labels to products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect labeled products for accuracy, alignment, and adherence to ensure defect-free output.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for labeling, packaging, and handling of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of labels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adhere to dress code requirements: black plain top, long dark jeans/pants, and covered shoes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Basic understanding of English or Bahasa Indonesia for following instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned shifts.
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
