Cezars Kitchen is expanding its team across Bali’s top hospitality hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—and we’re hiring immediately for passionate, service-oriented professionals. As a Steward/Stewardess, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Responsibility

  • Assist in setting up and clearing dining tables, ensuring a pristine presentation for guests.
  • Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including polishing silverware, replenishing supplies, and resetting tables.
  • Support event setup and breakdown for private functions, weddings, or corporate gatherings.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and service standards in compliance with Cezars Kitchen’s policies.
  • Assist with basic beverage service, including water, coffee, or tea, as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a steward, server, or hospitality role (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is advantageous.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
