Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction scores
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and brand standards
- Build and maintain relationships with local tourism partners and vendors
- Implement innovative guest experience programs and loyalty initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience in 4-5 star properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and cost optimization
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera PMS preferred)
- Indonesian work authorization required
