Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the karaoke outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue, including upselling techniques and membership promotions.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
- Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality, entertainment, or retail.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
