Responsibility
- Provide personalized, white-glove concierge services to high-profile guests, including VIPs, celebrities, and corporate clients, ensuring their every need is met with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and arrange exclusive experiences, such as private tours, yacht charters, helicopter transfers, and bespoke dining reservations at Baliās top restaurants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling requests ranging from last-minute itinerary changes to securing hard-to-get event tickets or spa appointments.
- Collaborate with local vendors, hotels, and service providers to curate tailored experiences that align with guestsā preferences and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Baliās luxury offerings, including hidden gems, cultural events, and seasonal attractions, to provide expert recommendations.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from arrival to departure.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business, including follow-ups and personalized thank-you gestures.
- Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure all guest interactions reflect the brandās commitment to excellence and align with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a luxury concierge, guest relations, or high-end hospitality role, preferably in 5-star hotels, resorts, or private estates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals and international guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs before they arise.
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās luxury tourism scene, including top restaurants, spas, cultural sites, and exclusive experiences.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, French, Russian, Japanese) are a significant advantage.
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in concierge software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office; experience with hospitality management systems is a plus.
