Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Support the culinary team with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Manage inventory of dining ware, utensils, and service equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in training new staff on service procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a steward or similar role in hospitality.
