Responsibility
- Operate and monitor all water slides and swimming pools in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning pool decks and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary.
- Collaborate with the lifeguard team to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and comfort in water environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
