Responsibility
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
- Develop and innovate seafood and traditional Indonesian dishes while maintaining authenticity and quality.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and special promotions.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 35 years with extensive experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in seafood and traditional Indonesian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
