Responsibility
- Oversee daily bakehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Develop and implement production schedules, inventory management, and cost-control measures.
- Monitor product consistency, taste, and presentation to meet premium brand standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Drive innovation by introducing new recipes, techniques, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in bakery management or a similar leadership role in hospitality/F&B.
- Strong knowledge of artisan baking techniques, ingredient sourcing, and production workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP) and local regulations.
- Passion for culinary excellence and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial acumen.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
