Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote travel packages, excursions, and customized tour experiences to domestic and international clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, providing detailed information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and logistics.
  • Lead group tours with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for travelers while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and exclusive offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, social media content, and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and valuable advice to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or tourism, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of Bali’s top attractions, culture, and logistics (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate tour schedules and client needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic booking systems.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with the confidence to engage diverse groups and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Bali’s geography are advantageous.
