Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all rooms meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation before guest arrival.
- Restock and arrange room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or amenities in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency during peak occupancy periods.
- Follow eco-friendly practices, such as minimizing waste and using sustainable cleaning products where applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a focus on safety and proper usage.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
