Responsibility

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure all rooms meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation before guest arrival.
  • Restock and arrange room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
  • Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional services or amenities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency during peak occupancy periods.
  • Follow eco-friendly practices, such as minimizing waste and using sustainable cleaning products where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
