Responsibility
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service oversight.
- Support the training and development of team members to uphold Jollibeeâs service excellence standards.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of restaurant facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Participate in local marketing and community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and team productivity for review by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in food service or retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding food safety and operational standards.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
