Responsibility
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all outlets.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, local/regional regulations).
- Develop and implement SOP manuals for service, inventory, and waste management.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to maintain service excellence and team efficiency.
- Monitor cost control and budget adherence, optimizing profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with chefs and procurement teams to curate menu offerings aligned with guest preferences and seasonal trends.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold operational and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and beverage control systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English; Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
