Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all engineering and maintenance operations across assigned properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and installations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to engineering and maintenance activities.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel engineering or facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
