Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
