Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for meals and events.
- Wash, polish, and store dishes, glassware, and silverware according to resort standards.
- Support the kitchen staff by transporting food and supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling in compliance with environmental policies.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest and staff requests.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a steward or similar role in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
