Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and signature Tealive drinks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell products and promote seasonal or special menu items to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to learn and follow Tealive's beverage preparation standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
